Advanced Alerting – Servoyant has the ability to build test dependencies, alerting rules, and even alert on anomalous behavior. Many methods are used to reduce false positive alerts and highlight actionable items.

Statistical Warnings – Servoyant can alert on statistically anomalous behavior, forewarning of problems before thresholds are reached.

Dashboards – Multiple views are dynamically generated to focus on the devices, services, or applications of interest. These dashboards provide high level information and the capability for detailed drill-down to health reports and individual test telemetry.

Custom Views – Provide visibility into device health, patch status, agent status and other key metrics.

Aggregate Views - Key in on aggregate views that provide performance, alerting and reports for groups of devices across sites or customers.

Statistical Views – View the statistical behaviors of tests. Plot multiple tests simultaneously in order to see relationships or find issues.

Systems Views – Provides a management view of all PC assets with the ability to remotely connect to devices, schedule jobs, and view telemetry.

Reports – Asset, performance, alert, maintenance, and management reports can be run on-demand or scheduled for electronic delivery. Streamline the report generation process by creating customized report sets consisting of multiple reports.

Executive Reports – Give management visibility into business continuity and system capacity. Overall network and device health, availability, and backup status are available through executive level reporting.

Trend Analysis – Servoyant performs regression analysis and provides automated overlay views of the trend in conjunction with the raw data. Drill down into raw data as well as longer term aggregates for trend analysis.

Historical Reporting – Data is summarized in hourly, daily, weekly and monthly views and is retained for one year on our SaaS platform. This provides the ability to review historical trending and reporting.

Mobile Device Support – Alerts, reports and dashboards are accessible via mobile devices, giving your team on-the-go access to vital information.

Knowledgebase – Add and track general or specific information to be used when troubleshooting an issue. Associate knowledgebase articles with specific alerts and service orders/tickets.
